All Sales Are Final
All purchases made through mushaccess.com are final sale. Once an order has been placed and payment has been processed, we do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or requests for refunds.
No Refunds
Mush Access does not offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind
- Ordering the wrong product
- Ordering the wrong size, color, or quantity
- No longer wanting the product
- Personal preference or dissatisfaction with the product
- Delayed delivery caused by the carrier
- Failure to read the product description before purchasing
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer

No Returns or Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges after an order has been placed. Customers should not ship products back to us unless specifically instructed to do so by Mush Access.
Any unauthorized return shipment may be refused or discarded, and Mush Access will not be responsible for associated shipping costs or losses.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.
We may, at our sole discretion, request photographs, videos, order information, or other documentation to evaluate the issue. If we determine that the issue was caused by an error on our part, we may offer an appropriate resolution, such as a replacement.

Shipping Issues
Mush Access is not responsible for delays, losses, or damage caused by shipping carriers after an order has been dispatched. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
If a package is returned because of an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to accept delivery, we are not obligated to issue a refund.
